Bulgaria could soon implement “Green Certificates”

Bulgaria is discussing the implementation of a “green passport”, so that cafés, restaurants, venues, bars, clubs, and other similar establishments can operate at normal capacity. Customers would be required to show proof of vaccination when entering such an establishment, although masks are still going to be mandatory. In this way, measures in Bulgaria will be aligned with other EU countries, such as Greece, France, Germany, and Italy.
